KINGDOM OF GOD/HEAVEN
Mat 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
The Servant
A servant is an attendant in the service of someone and is used, especially in the Bible, as a term of respectful self-depreciation when referring to one’s self, “thy servant” or “your servant” and one who is distinguished as obedient and faithful to GOD or CHRIST.
Col 4:12 Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, saluteth you, always labouring fervently for you in prayers, that ye may stand perfect and complete in all the will of God.
Rom 1:1 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,
The Apostle Paul, a writer of the New Testament, coined the term “Servant” as the expression of total acquiescence to imply complete allegiance, adherence, reliance and constancy to whom and to what we choose to serve and obey such as to the principles and the Law of a chosen Kingdom and its ruler (#1 CHRIST – Kingdom of Light or #2 Satan – Kingdom of Darkness).
Rom 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
Whichever “Kingdom you choose to inhabit”, its principles will “dwell within you”, influence all of your choices and decisions and YOU – WILL – SERVE – THAT – RULER!
People are “servants” to the principles of the Law of whichever Kingdom they belong.
CHRIST – The Ruler & The Servant
The title Servant of GOD was appointed to CHRIST JESUS in several prophecies and in the Fulfillment of the prophecies.
Prophecy
Isa 42:1 Behold my servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put my spirit upon him: he shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles.
Php 2:7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
Fulfillment
Mat 12:16 And charged them that they should not make him known:
Mat 12:17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,
Mat 12:18 Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles.
CHRIST, in HIS incarnation, began HIS Earthly Ministry by publishing the Gospel to the Israelites (Jews), without rejecting anyone who came to him for Mercy, as seen by many instances in Scripture where Gentiles came to HIM for Mercy, and as HE acquiesced to their needs.
Mat 15:22 And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.
Mat 15:23 But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
Mat 15:24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Mat 15:25 Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.
Mat 15:26 But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it to dogs.
Mat 15:27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.
Mat 15:28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.
When CHRIST was on Earth HE ministered to Israel to find the Lost Sheep of Israel but HE was always “meant” to minister to the Gentiles too based on the Prophecies of the Old Testament. Of course it was in ways Mankind never could have imagined.
After Israel’s final rejection of CHRIST JESUS, as the Messiah, and the crucifixion of the Son of GOD, the FATHER, figuratively divorced Israel and in the process of time this began the Dispensation of the Gospel and the emergence of the New Testament Church.

Prophecy
Isa 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to thecaptives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
Isa 61:2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
Fulfillment
Luk 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
Apostles and Disciples
All of the Apostles of CHRIST, personally chosen by HIM, were Jewish. HIS Apostles and Disciples began their Ministry after receiving the “Great Commission” to teach the Gospel, the principles of its Law, precepts and the whole system or body of Doctrine just before HIS Ascension back to GOD, the FATHER, after HIS Resurrection.
Mar 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
Rom 10:15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
The inclusion of the Gentiles was made perfectly clear after CHRIST, through the Holy Spirit spoke to Peter during a vision.
Principles
Principles are precepts that we live by whether we understand the scientific precepts or not. Ignorance of those principles will not help us at the moment of accountability. We will still be subject to the governing principles GOD put into place at Creation.
The Principles of the Law of Gravitation (Gravity)
Many people may not be able to translate the theory or principles of the Law of Gravitation but most everyone knows the axiom – “what goes up must come down” and almost anyone can demonstrate it or understand the applicability of the Law. This is demonstrated in the following analogy:
The Law of Gravity
“We are all “subject” to the Law of Gravitation or Gravity”; we “must” adhere to the principles, and obey it whether we understand or not. If a person jumps off of a building that is 50 stories high, without any prior preparation, it is presumable that the person will fall, land, suffer serious injury and very likely suffer eventual, if not immediate, death which will occur unless there is providential intervention (an act of GOD).
Once the person has jumped there’s no point in entertaining any other considerations or possibilities; the decision has been made; making any other decision is irrelevant. The only thing left to think about is landing below and that fatal outcome; to land and die.
Thoughts, feelings, mental frame of mind, motivation, and the chosen action dictated the fatal outcome when their feet left the roof of the building. The usual outcome, evidently, will be death.
The person may wish to change their mind while falling past the 25th floor, if afforded the time to think, but at that moment and any subsequent moments thereafter thoughts are inconsequential because “their fate has been sealed.”
CHRIST warned the Israelites that they were sealing their fate at the time of “their visitation”, when HE was among them, preaching to them, doing the Works that GOD had sent HIM to do which included HIS words from GOD and HIS Miracles. See WORKS OF CHRIST. However, they rejected HIM and this was the beginning of the end for them as will be shown in the “CURSE OF THE FIG TREE”.
Mat 23:35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
Choosing GOD’S Will
The time to decide which Kingdom we wish to serve and the time to learn, know and obey the Will of GOD, is now. No one will be able to say they did not know the Truth. GOD is still using people to preach, teach, and admonish others to reach others for CHRIST, but HE is also drawing the people HE wants, to CHRIST, but it is their choice to hear the call and follow HIM to JESUS CHRIST and to HIS Kingdom.
Joh 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
Joh 12:26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.
When the person hears the call and follow CHRIST JESUS, becoming a Disciple, GOD delivers them from the power of darkness and translates them to the Kingdom of HIS SON, to the Kingdom of Light. See the series, BECOMING A DISCIPLE OF CHRIST.
Col 1:13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
Rom 6:6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
Rom 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.
