The Way, The Truth & The Life
Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
The Natural Man
The World is composed of the two divisions of Mankind mentioned earlier, the Natural or Carnal and the Consecrated or Spiritual . The Natural man is Carnal and condemned to sin, darkness, and death; he is the unregenerate; under the rule of Satan; a child of the devil, and under the power of darkness in the World; he is a friend of the World; a man who is still “dead in sin” and a enemy of GOD.
Jas 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
CHRIST in the Scripture above is stating the devil was a murderer from the beginning referring to the “time” before his fall when he deceived the angels to join him in rebellion and then with Adam & Eve in the beginning of the World, when he deceived them causing our first parents to sin; the result or sentence, the wages of sin is death.
Rom 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
The devil is the murderer of everyone who is living in the Kingdom of Darkness (including his angels who were cast down to earth) or who are not in Covenant with CHRIST. The World came under the curse of death because sin entered into the World. The devil deceived them with a lie, and he continues to lie and deceive the World today.
Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
1Jn 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
Sin has made the devil (Satan) the god of this World. He stole the authority of the World through deception from our first parents through a lie and everyone who accepts his way of life, (sin, disobedience and rebellion) the way of the World, is under his power. People of the World are still under the curse of death and will be joining the devil (Satan) and his angels in everlasting fire.
2Co 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
Mat 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
The only way to be released from the curse of sin and death is through accepting CHRIST, becoming HIS Disciple, under Covenant with HIM, and receiving the Gift of the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. Joh 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Act 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
The Spiritual Man
The Spiritual man is one who has been delivered from the power of darkness; is Consecrated to GOD and conforms to the Kingdom of CHRIST, rejecting the World and the things therein; he is one who has been Regenerated, has had their Spirit quickened by the Holy Ghost/Holy Spirit; he has been Born Again; and GOD, the FATHER has translated him into the Kingdom of CHRIST JESUS, HIS SON, into the Kingdom of Light.
Col 1:13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:
Tit 3:4 But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,
Tit 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
1Jn 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
CHRIST came into the World to open our eyes; to bring us into the Light so that we can see the darkness and the deception in the World governed by the rules and Law of Satan which is Evil, Loss and Death, and to free us from captivity and bondage in sin under Satan. CHRIST came to show us the Way, the Truth, and the LIFE. We receive Spiritual Power through the Holy Ghost and we able to perceive and resist the devil and his deception and we become the Children of Light.
Act 26:18 To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.
Joh 12:36 While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them.
1Th 5:5 Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
Eph 5:8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
The Way
CHRIST came into the World to Save the lost who the FATHER draws to HIM and to Restore the Spiritual Fellowship between Mankind and GOD through HIS ordained Works. CHRIST is the ordained Way for humans to approach GOD; HE is the Way, the Truth and the Life.
Joh 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
GOD sent HIS SON into the World to Save it through HIS Mighty Works that HE performed not only on Earth but before the Foundation of the World; before HIS Incarnation; in HIS Incarnation; HIS Birth; HIS Ministry; HIS Death and Crucifixion; HIS Resurrection; the Forty Days Sojourn with HIS Apostles and Disciples; and HIS Ascension into Heaven and onto HIS Throne in Power, where HE is our Intercessor; Advocate, Mediator of the Covenant; and so much more.
Joh 6:44 No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
Heb 10:20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;
Joh 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
